摘　　要：在校长专业标准的视野下,校长在规划学校发展的过程中,应以专业信念与品质构筑学校的组织愿景,以专业知识与方法规划学校的未来发展,以专业能力与行为提升学校发展规划的水准。In the vision of the principals＂ professional standards, the principals should build school organizational vision based on the professional beliefs and quality, plan the school＇s future development based on the professional knowledge and methods, and enhance the standard of school development plan based on the professional competence and behavior in the process of planning the development of school.
