摘  要:在丙糖回溶上浮的工艺中引入超声,意在应用声场的空化等物理作用加快化学反应的进行,促进磷酸钙等沉淀物的生成,进一步提高除杂能力。结合糖厂的工艺条件,确定超声仪有效的功率和作用时间范围,在此基础上通过中心组合试验设计和响应面分析优化超声对丙糖上浮的澄清效果。试验结果表明当引入超声功率300W,超声时间为2 min时,浮渣分层时间最小为25 s,时间为3 min时,浮渣与清夜体积比最大为0.24。引入超声在降低色值方面比较明显,表明声场应用于糖厂丙糖回溶上浮清净具有一定的实际意义。It is about the application of sound field combineing with Clarifying agent on syrup floatation process. With the cavatition of the sound, the reaction of calcium hydroxide and phosphoric could be promoted, as a result of this,the capacity of absorption and defecation can be enhanced. Considering of the technological conditions in sugar refinery, the effective range of power and action time of ultrasonic instrument have already been known ,Based on the above work, the central composite design experiment and response surface methodology are used in optimuming the ultrasound conditions. The results showed that the least time of scum-layering was 25 s at the conditions of the power and time are 300W and 2 min respectively, the volume ratio of scum and clean syrup reached the maximum by 0.24, ultrasound wave has obviou.~ advanta^e,~ in reducin~ th~ enlnur_it had ~nrne real ,~ionifieanee nn ,~vnm floatatinn .
