摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合试验设计原理,运用Minitab15数据统计分析软件,采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了沙棘果渣总黄酮提取率的二次多项数学模型,并以提取率为响应值做响应面和等高线。总黄酮提取的优化工艺条件为:乙醇浓度64%,浸提温度为71℃,料液比为1:20,浸提时间为3 h,得到总黄酮提取率为2.79%。总黄酮经树脂纯化后得率达到2.13%。由响应曲面法得到的优化工艺参数比较准确,具有实用意义。On the basis of single factor experiment, the quadratic model of the extraction rate of marc of sea buckthom (MSB) was established basing on the central composite test design principles of the Box-Behnken with Minitabl5 data statistical analysis software and 3 factors 3 levels of response surface methodology (RSM) and contour lines which were made by extraction rate that replaced by response value. And the best extraction conditions of total flavonoids ( TF ) of MSB were obtained by the According to the above, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 64%, extraction temperature 71 ~C, ratio of material to liquid 1 : 20, reaction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of the TF was 2.79%. The yield of TF was up to 2.13% after purified by resin. Technological Parameters optimized by RSM were more accurate, which had practical meaning for extracting TF from MSB.
