摘  要:通过比较6种志贺氏菌鉴定平板对福氏志贺氏菌检测效果,分析每种平板检测福氏志贺氏菌的优缺点,从而筛选出用于福氏志贺氏菌检测的最适平板。制备Shigiella Chromogemc Medium(简称SCM)、木糖-赖氨酸-去氧胆酸盐培养基(XLD琼脂)、HE琼脂、麦康凯琼脂(MAC琼脂)、SS琼脂及胆硫乳琼脂(DHL琼脂)等6种志贺氏菌鉴定平板,采用阳性菌株直接平板计数和人工污染样品的方法,对上述6种平板的灵敏度、特异性、回收率和检测效果进行评价。SCM平板和XLD平板上福氏志贺氏菌为无色透明圆形直径约1~1.5 mm的光滑菌落(培养24 h后)。SCM平板和XLD平板在特异性、灵敏度和回收率上优于另四种平板。SCM平板和XLD平板具有良好的灵敏度、特异性及回收率,能提高福氏志贺氏菌的检出率。To study out the fittest identification medium of Shigellaflexneri. It needed to prepare culture medium of SCM, XLD, HE, MAC, SS and DHL. Plate counting by positive strains and samples contaminated artificially were used in this research respectively. Then sensitivity, specificity, recovery and detection results would be evaluated. Shigella flexneri yielded colorless and transparent, and circle diameter smooth colonies about 1-1.5 mm while culturing both in the Shigella Chromogenic Medium (SCM) and XLD (after 24 h culture). In specificity, sensitivity and recovery studies, SCM and XLD were better than the others. The performance of SCM and XLD showed better useful in Detecting Shigella flexneri.
