摘 要:本文通过对社交网络招聘信息传播特征解析,从求职者使用社交网络招聘意向的角度进行了研究。研究表明,社交网站质量、雇主品牌形象、招聘信息质量、招聘服务质量等因素是影响社交网络招聘使用意向的重要因素。文章在此基础上建立了影响社交网络招聘有效性的因素评估模型,对所提出的社交网络招聘有效性模型进行了实证研究,提出了企业有效利用社交网络招聘的具体建议。In order to improve the recruitment effectiveness, the character of Social Network Service propagation process has been studied. Based on the job seeker using intension for Social Network Site, the influences factors of Social Network Site recruitment effectiveness model also has been set up. Then the empirical study also has been carried out to research the effect level for the influences factors. The result shows the model which set up in this paper can give a clear describe about the recruitment effectiveness and the influences factors. At last, some suggestions are put forward on how to improve recruitment effectiveness base on the empirical study.
