摘　　要：《淮南子》对祭祀之礼的自然性、岁时性、简易性、历史性、差异性、变通性等方面的认识和运用,综合了先秦道家、儒家、墨家等思想,十分全面,也很独到。《淮南子》给祭祀之礼文化注入了新的内涵,又提出了新的内容与要求,有其一定的历史文化价值。Huainan Zi emphasized the characteristics of the natural, season, simplicity, history, diversity, flexibility and other aspects of sacrificial rites. It was the combination of Pre - Qin Taoism, Confucianism and Mohism, but also a very comprehensive unique. Huainan Zi not only made ritual culture into a new meaning, but also proposed a new content and requirements, which had its value.
