摘　　要：无论在生活中或是工作中,人们不可避免地进行着跨文化交际。而由于文化差异和文化能力欠缺的因素,交际时往往难以表达本来的含义甚至造成交际失误。高职英语专业人才培养的性质决定了在教学中应加强锻炼学生的文化能力,培养跨文化意识,提高文化敏感度,以使学生符合相应的工作岗位要求。It is inevitable to carry on cross cultural culture differences and cultural competence lack, it communication whatever in daily life or workplace. Due is often difficult to express the original meaning and it easier to cause communication failures. The characteristics of higher vocational English specialty require that should strengthen students＇ cultural competence, train culture consciousness and improve culture consciousness to is we Itis beneficial for students to meet their future job requirements.
