男女医科大学生综合素质评估结果纵向分析

摘　　要：目的纵向跟踪分析医科大学生综合素质评估结果,对男女生综合素质发展情况进行比较。方法应用已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,追踪观察某医科大学新生升入二年级后综合素质的变化情况。结果男生的思想道德素质得分没有统计学差异(t=-1.731,P=0.084),综合素质总分、科学文化素质、心理素质、基本能力素质得分提高(t=-2.122,10.162,-4.905,-10.170;P均<0.000),而专业素质、身体素质得分下降(t=4.435,3.596;P均<0.000)。女生的综合素质总分、思想道德素质、心理素质得分没有统计学差异(t=1.927,1.512,-1.488;P均>0.05),科学文化素质、基本能力素质得分升高(t=-2.827,-4.529;P均<0.01),而专业素质、身体素质得分下降(t=2.958,6.359;P均<0.000)。结论男生的综合素质发展情况好于女生,具体体现在男生心理素质的提高较明显。Objective To longitudinally analyze compositive diathesis evaluations of medical undergraduates and compare the results between different genders.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all freshmen of a medical university to observe the changes between before and after they upgraded.Results For the male undergraduates,the score of idea and morality diathesis showed no statistically significance,the total diathesis score;The score of science and culture diathesis,mentality diathesis and basic abilities diathesis all heightened,still specialty diathesis and corporeity diathesis both fell.For the females,the total diathesis score,the score of idea and morality diathesis and mentality diathesis showed no statistically significance,the score of science and culture diathesis and basic abilities diathesis heightened,still specialty diathesis and corporeity diathesis both fell.Conclusion The diathesis developments of the male medical undergraduates are better than those of the females in that their mentality diathesis is improved obviously.
