摘  要:为建立青蒿中青蒿素含量的快速测定方法,分别比较0.2%NaOH溶液处理前后青蒿素对照品的紫外光谱行为和青蒿浸膏脱蜡处理前后的紫外光谱行为。结果表明,青蒿素对照品经0.2%NaOH溶液处理前后的最大吸收波长不同,分别为212,292nm。青蒿浸膏经2%NaOH溶液的脱蜡处理后,可消除由蜡质引起292nm的吸光值的增加。青蒿素在292nm的吸光值与青蒿素含量0.2~1.0mg/mL范围内呈线性相关(R2=0.999)。采用紫外分光光度法可以快速、准确地测定青蒿中的青蒿素含量,可应用于青蒿素生产企业的原料收购验收。To establish a rapid determination method of artemisinin content of Artemisia annua extract, the artemisinin UV spectral be- havior of before and after alkali reaction treatment by 0.2% NaOH solution were compared. And the ultraviolet spectrums of behavior before and after the de-waxed were also compared. Results showed that a maximum absorption wave length of artemisinin before and af- ter alkali reaction treatment by 0.2% NaOH solution was 212 nm and 292 nm, respectively. The dewaxing treatment for Artemisia an- nua extract by 0.2% NaOH solution can eliminate the 292 nm absor- bance value of the increase caused by the wax. 292 nm absorbance value of Artemisinin was linear correlation of artemisinin content in the range of 0.2 - 1.0 mg/mL (R2 = 0. 999). UV spectrophotom- etry determination method can quickly and accurately determine the artemisinin content in Artemisia annua. This method can be applied to the acquisition of raw materials.
