摘　　要：高新技术制造业企业知识与技术密集的特点,使知识管理与知识创新成为高新技术制造业企业的基本需求。从高新技术制造业企业的知识表达需求与知识特点出发,分析和构建了基于本体的知识表达模型。在此基础上,设计了优化信息抽取与本体构建过程,针对企业知识管理的实践特点,分析了基于文本与非文本的信息抽取过程,为高新技术制造业企业知识管理的实施提供了理论与技术支持。The characteristics of knowledge and technology intensive in high-tech manufacturing enterprises make knowledge management and knowledge innovation become the basic needs of high-tech manufacturing enterprises.From needs of knowledge expression and characteristics of knowledge in high-tech manufacturing enterprises,this paper analysis and build ontology based knowledge representation model framework.On this basis,we design and optimize the process of information extraction and ontology building.And in view of the practice characteristics of enterprise knowledge management,respectively analyze the text based information extraction process and non-text information extraction process,providing theoretical and technical support of the implementation of knowledge management in high-tech manufacturing enterprises.
