摘  要:青岛地铁线路穿越历史悠久的胶济铁路线,下穿地铁线为双洞隧道,跨度大、埋深较浅、相邻间距小,且在穿越青岛铁路时,不能影响其正常的营运和结构安全,施工难度和风险极大.采用有限元软件ANSYS对施工期间下穿胶济铁路线的受力状态和施工工法进行模拟计算,并分析了下穿铁路前对上方既有铁路线采用的加固措施所产生的效果.分析表明:引起被穿越地层上方铁路线路基沉降的主要因素是列车通过期间产生的竖向荷载;未采取注浆加固措施时,拱顶至地表被最大沉降所贯穿,铁路路基呈现整体沉降趋势;采取注浆加固措施后,拱顶最大位移未延伸至地表,地表处沉降量仅为前者变化量的1/3.Qingdao subway is a newly built metro line to under-cross the historic Jiaoji railway lines,it is an adjacent spacing double tunnel with a large span and a shallow depth,besides these,the normal operations and safety of Jiaoji railway cannot be affected by the construction of Qingdao subway,this would be a difficult and risky work.This paper simulates the construction method and calculates the stress state of Jiaoji railway by using the finite element software ANSYS,and analyses the reinforcement measure effect of the above existing railway line before the crossing.The results show that the vertical load generated by the passing through of the train is the main reason to cause the foundation settlement of the above railway line.The settlement of the formation from the tunnel vault to the ground surface will be an entire sinking when there is no reinforcement measure,and it will decrease to the one third of the former if the reinforcement measures are applying.
