摘　　要：随着教师教育改革的不断推行,综合大学已经发展成为各国教师教育的重要力量。为保证教师培养质量,首尔大学教育学院在教育理念、招生制度、课程设置和国际交流等方面体现出独有的特色,为韩国培养优质的师资队伍做出了巨大的贡献。也为我国综合大学开展教师教育提供参考与借鉴。With the implementation of Teacher Education Reform,comprehensive university has become an important power in national teacher education.To ensure the quality of teacher education,Seoul National University will be taken for example, and its education idea, recruiting system,curriculum design and international communication in the initial teacher education have already shown its own characteristics,which has made enormous contribution to the developing of high- quality teachers in Korea.Therefore, some revelations can be attained to perfect our own system.
