摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定蒙药瑞香狼毒及其奶制品中新狼毒素甲、瑞香素乙、新狼毒素乙。方法 HypersilODS-2色谱柱(300 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱;检测波长293 nm;柱温为30℃。结果在所用的实验操作条件下,3种对照品溶液分别在10~180μg/mL(r=0.999 7)、10~120μg/mL(r=0.999 3)和10~60μg/mL(r=0.999 7)具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.73%(RSD=1.32%)、97.92%(RSD=1.44%)、97.83%(RSD=1.54%)。结论瑞香狼毒经牛奶炮制,可降低其中毒性成分的量,提高安全性。AIM To establish a method for rain A, daphnetin B, neochamaejasmin B) from simultaneously determing three active compounds (neochamaejasraw material and SteUera chamaejasme Limt processed with milk by HPLC. METHODS The separation by gradient elution was performed on Hypersil ODS-2 column (300 mm x 4.6 ram, 5 μm) at 30 .C with methanol-water as the mobile phase and detection at 293 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of three active compounds were 10-180 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 7 ), 10-120 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 3 ), 10-60 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 7 ), respectively. The average recoveries of five active compounds were 98.73% ( RSD of 1.32% ), 97.92% ( RSD of 1.44% ), 97.83% ( RSD of 1.54% ), respectively. CONCLUSION Stallera chamaejasme processed with milk can reduce toxic substances and improve its safety.
