摘　　要：通过对美德概念实在性、结构独立性和其行动的指导三方面的论战分析,可以确定,美德伦理学具备作为一种道德类型的独立性,但这种独立性是有限度的。我们应确立美德伦理学在伦理学体系中的正确位置,正确看待美德与规则的对立,并促进美德与规则的协同,以便道德理论能更好地指导我们的生活。It can be identified that virtue ethics as a type of morality through analysing the controversy on following three topics： the substantiality of virtue,the independence of structure,standards of actions.However,this independence is limited.We should establish the correct position of virtue ethics in the ethics system,have a correct view of the opposition between virtue and rules,and promote the collaborating of virtue and the rules,so that the moral theory to better guide our lives.
