摘　　要：近年来,随着新媒体的迅猛发展,农产品质量安全网络舆情的数量和影响持续上升,对政府舆论应对能力提出新的挑战,加强农产品质量安全网络舆情监控管理研究的现实需求十分迫切。本文基于政府公共管理的视角,探讨我国农产品质量安全网络舆情的内涵和特点,分析其成因及影响,提出我国应在健全监测制度、完善引导机制、强化队伍建设、加强科学研究、加大资金保障等方面采取针对性的措施,进一步提升舆情监控管理能力和水平。With the rapid development of new media, the quantity and impact of internet public opinions on the quality and safety of agricultural products have been increased rapidly in recent years, which results in great challenges to governments to deal with the emerging pressure from public opinions. Thus, it is urgent to conduct investigations on the monitoring and management of internet public opinions to adapt to the new situation. Based on the perspective of public management of governments, the definition, characteristics, reasons and impacts of internet public opinions have been analyzed in this article. Meanwhile, a series of strategies such as improving current monitoring systems, upgrading guiding mechanisms, strengthening human recourse development and scientific research as well as financial support have been proposed to enhance the management capability and monitoring level.
