摘  要:CI策略有助于塑造一个组织的良好形象。高职院校可借鉴于CI策略,塑造学校良好形象,促进自身科学发展。通过导入CI策略,对学校的理念、行为和视觉等要素进行个性设计和系统规划,强化CI的差异化策略,挖掘学校个性化的风格和精神及独特的文化魅力,彰显理念识别系统、行为识别系统和视觉识别系统,从整体上塑造良好的办学形象,提升学校竞争力。Development of a good image of an organization can be attributed to CI strategy, which may be used for reference by vocational colleges to create their good images and accelerate their own development. Based on the introduction of CI strategy, the article conducts personalized design and systematic planning on the philosophy, behavior and vision of the colleges in an effort to enhance CI differentiation strategy, unearth college individual style and distinct cultural charm, demonstrate mind identity system, behavior identity system and visual identity system, develop a good overall school-running image and promote colleges' competitiveness.
