摘　　要：笔者提出，我国应当通过采取“对犯罪构成特征详尽描述、对条文术语严谨准确适用和使犯罪情节、量刑情节具有可操作性”的方式，使罪刑法定原则真正得到贯彻。Abolishing analogy system in new criminal law is very important symbol of which the criminal law emendated and developed. It is regret that new criminal law existed on which deviates from the principle of statutory crime and penalty yet. This article will be helpful for how to perfect of carrying out this important principle.
