摘 要:检测野生北虫草人工培育不同时期的菌丝发酵液和子实体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)活性并进行比较。选取10株野生北虫草分离培养,分别用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法检测各不同时期发酵液的SOD酶活性和MDA活性,并观察由不同发酵时间的发酵液培养出的子实体SOD酶活性。不同时期(5、15 d)北虫草发酵液-培养基中皆有不同的SOD酶活性和MDA活性,但差异无统计学意义,和保存3.5个月的发酵液-培养基相比SOD酶活性有统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同发酵时间的发酵液培养出的子实体的SOD酶活性没有差异。不同时期的菌丝发酵液之间SOD活性有所不同,较长时间发酵其抗氧化活性降低。Myeelial fermentation broth and sporocarp of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) activities of wild N caterpillar fungus (WNCF) ( Cordyceps militari.s) cuhivated in different periods were detected and compared. Ten WNCF were selected, cultured, and detected for their SOD and MDA activities using xanthine oxidase and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) methods for the activities in fermentation broth in different periods, and observed their SOD activities of sporocarp from different fermentation time of fermentation broth. The results showed that fermentation broth-medium of the WNCF in different period (5 d, 15 d) had different SOD and M DA activities, however, no statis- tic significance, as compared with the ones preserved for 3 and a half months SOD activity had statistic significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). SOD activity from sporocarp cuhivated from different fermentation broth at different time had no difference. Therefore, SOD activity among mycelial fermentation broth at different period was not same, and longer time of the fermentation reduced its antioxidant activity.
