摘　　要：孔子作为儒家学派的先驱和代表,其教育思想中蕴含着丰富的成人教育思想,强调有教无类、学而不厌、因材施教、不愤不启等。我国现阶段成人教育的发展中还存在着诸多弊端,如教育不公平、教育方式与途径狭窄、教学内容不完善等,针对这些瓶颈深入挖掘孔子成人教育思想中的精华将对我国成人教育的发展具有重大而积极的影响。As a pioneer and representatives of the Confucian school, Confucius＇ s educational thought contains a wealth of ideals for adult education,and emphasize teaching without,insatiable in learning,in- dividualized,not anger does not start etc,At the present stage of development of adult education, there are still many problems, education is not fair, educationan methods and means of narrow, teaching content imperfect, these bottlenecks dig Confucius thought the essence of adult education, adult education in China will development of a significant and positive impact.
