开放视野下我国职业技术师范教育创新人才培养

摘　　要：当前,深化教育改革,培养创新人才,不仅是时代潮流所趋,也是我国职业技术师范教育改革创新的关注焦点和学术难题。在潮流与难题的交织与碰撞中,凸显出"创新人才开放培养"的现实命题。职业技术师范教育作为推进我国人才强国的重要力量,从某种意义上来说,解读这个命题的关键是重新认识开放培养的使命与责任,把握开放培养的内涵与外延,核心是寻找构建"开放培养"模式的必然路径,实现创新人才培养的科学发展。Currently, to deepen educational reform and training creational talents is not only irreversible,but also a focus and problem in our country＇s university of technology and education. It shows the real proposition on exchange and collision of the current problem. On the key to the understanding of proposition is rediscovering the missions and responsibilities of open culture, making the denotation and connotation of open culture. The core is seeking oasis of construction model of open culture, and realizing science development of training creational talents.
