摘　　要：高职院校学生是青年中的重要群体，加强包括高职生在内的大学生思想政治教育具有十分重大的意义。在新形势下特别是随着工学结合模式的不断改革，不仅要求专业教学的内容和形式有所创新，而且对学生管理、思想政治教育工作提出了更高的要求。本文旨在及时了解当今高职学生思想政治教育现状的基础上，针对其主要存在问题寻找到有效对策，以提高高职学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。Vocational college students are the important part in youth groups. It is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and political education to the higher vocational college students. The continuous reform of combining working and learning mode not only demand to innovate the content and form of professional teaching , also put forward to the higher requirements to student management and ideological and political education work. Based on the present situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational college, this paper tries to find effective to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocation- al college.
