摘  要:采用微波辅助法提取玉米须总皂苷,通过单因素分析,结合正交试验确定最优工艺条件:乙醇体积分数60%、固液比1:40、微波温度60℃、提取时间30 min,提取2次,玉米须总皂苷提取率可达4.12%.与溶剂加热浸提法进行了比较,提取率提高约12%,时间缩短5/6.In this paper, we studied the microwave-assisted extraction process of total saponins from corn silk, and determined the optimum conditions through single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 60%, solid-to-liquid ratio 1 : 40, microwave temperature 60 ℃ , the extraction time 30 minutes and extraction twice. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of the total saponins reached 4.12%, which was higher than that of the solvent heating extraction method by about 12%; and the extraction time was shortened by 5/6.
