高职学生认同感的分析与培养

摘　　要：认同感是一种独特的心理现象,尽管无形但作用巨大。认同感的缺失,轻则使人消极沉沦,重则会危害社会。文章从分析高职学生的特点入手,试图找出高职学生认同感较低的原因,进而提出对策,以期取得良好效果。Identity is a unique psychological phenomenon, although intangible but important, the lack of sense of identity, makes a person negative destruction, even worse it will be harm to the society as a whole. This paper analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational students of higher vocational students, tried to find out the reasons of lower identity, and then put forward the countermeasures, so as to achieve good education effect.
