摘 要:目的:比较两种较新型的复合材料(光固化复合树脂材料和树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀材料)修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法:对210例楔状缺损患牙,分别用树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀材料和光固化复合树脂材料应用修复,观察1~2年的修复效果。结果:两种材料修复1年成功率都高于85%,树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀材料修复楔状缺损2年成功率(82.9%)略高于光固化复合树脂(77.1%)。结论:两种新型材料都是修复楔状缺损是口腔门诊值得推荐的方法,其中树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀材料长期效果略好一些。Objective: To compare clinical effect on wedge-shaped defect between two novel compound materials.Methods: 230 patients were restored by resin-modifiedglass ionomer cement(RMGIC) or light-cured composite resin(LCCR) material,receiving one and twoyear follow-up.Results: l year successful rate in the two group were both higher than 85%;2-year successful rate in the RMGIC group were higher(82.9%) than that in the LCCR group(77.1%).Conclusion: Both the RMGIC and LCCR materials are recommendable to restore the wedge-shaped defect.The RMGIC material might have a better long-term effect.
