摘 要:目的了解男生在进入护理专业学习后的真实感受,分析负性情绪产生的原因,寻求改善现状的路径。方法采用目的抽样法,选取16名护理专业男生进行访谈,样本量以受访者的资料重复出现,且资料分析无新的主题出现为标准。结果护理专业男生专业态度不稳定,离职意向明显。结论应给予护理专业男生广泛而持续的专业思想教育,减少护理专业男生的流失,优化护理队伍结构。Objective To explore the feelings of male nursing students,and analyze the causes of negative emotion,so as to provide reference for the revision of teaching plan and professional thought education for male nursing students. Methods A purposive sampling method was used in this study. The sample size was decided by the saturation of the data. Results Male nursing students' professional attitude was not stable and the intention of job-quit was obvious. Conclusion The education department should provide male nursing students with an extensive and continuous professional thought education to reduce the loss of male nursing students and optimize the structure of nurse team.
