摘  要:分析化学是食品专业学生必修的一门重要专业基础课。随着现代科学技术的发展和人才培养模式的改变,对分析化学教学改革的要求也越来越迫切。本文结合专业特点,从教学内容、教学方法、教学模式等方面进行探索改革。探讨食品添加剂含量的测定方法,并渗透食品安全相关知识,培养学生的社会责任感,提高食品专业学生学习分析化学的兴趣,取得了一定效果。Analytical Chemistry was an important basic subject for opment of modern science and technology and personnel training mode students majored in food specialty. With the develchange , the teaching reform of analytical chemistry became more and more urgently. Combined with professional features, the exploration and reform were carried out from teaching content, teaching methods and teaching mode. The methods for determinations of food additives were explored. The food safety knowledge was introduced. It indicated that the sense of responsibility for society and learning interest in Analytical Chemistry for food specialty students were improved. The teachin methods achieved a certain effect.
