摘　　要：和谐校园建设是和谐社会建设的必然之义,也是高校思想政治教育工作的价值追求。高校要确立"以人为本"和谐管理理念,切实发挥院系基层党组织的活力,抓好和谐班级建设,有效利用学生社团的载体优势,以创新的精神加强校园管理工作,促进和谐校园建设。Constructing a harmonious campus is necessary for building a harmonious society. It is also the pursuit of value for the ideological and political education work in universities and colleges. They should es- tablish the people--oriented idea of harmonious management, bring into full play the vitality of basic--level Party organizations, construct harmonious classes, effectively use the advantages of student societies and strengthen the campus management in order to promote the building of a harmonious campus.
