摘 要:为了解女大学生心理韧性的基本状况及心理韧性与压力事件、社会支持的关系,采用问卷法调查了656名女大学生。结果发现,女大学生心理韧性的整体水平较高,在专业、生源地、是否独生子女方面存在显著差异。女大学生心理韧性与压力事件及社会支持存在非常显著的相关,心理韧性与压力事件存在显著负相关,与社会支持存在显著正相关。压力事件与社会支持对心理韧性有一定的预测能力。社会支持各维度以及压力事件中的受惩罚、丧失因子可以正向预测大学生的心理韧性,而压力事件中的学习压力、人际关系、其他因子可以负向预测大学生的心理韧性水平。在对大学生心理韧性影响的路径中,无论是来自压力事件、社会支持的直接效应,还是压力事件通过社会支持进而影响心理韧性的间接效应均非常显著。This study aims to explore the basic condition of female college students’ resilience,as well as the relationship between their resilience,stressful events and the social support of them,by surveying 656 female college students with questionnaires.The findings show the following: the female college students show a high level of resilience,but there are significant differences in their specialties,birthplaces,and the numbers of children in their families;their resilience has a significantly negative correlation with stressful events,but a significantly positive correlation with the social support of them;stressful events and social support can help to predict their resilience to a certain degree;the dimensions of social support,as well as such factors as punishment and loss in stressful events,can help positively predict their resilience,whereas such factors as learning pressure and interpersonal relationships in stressful events can help negatively predict their resilience;stressful events and social support have a significantly direct effect on their resilience,and stressful events have a significantly indirect effect on their resilience through the agency of social support.
