基于广义等级扩展模型的条理性人格量表编制

摘　　要：多数研究者认为,在大五人格的框架下,条理性是严谨性的重要次级维度。根据已有研究,条理性可定义为有效组织时间和环境的倾向。目前国外研究条理性的量表大都不是专门的条理性量表。本研究根据条理性的理想点反应过程,应用广义等级扩展模型编制条理性问卷。正式问卷的所有特质水平信度均高于0.8。项目区分度较高。位置参数的均值为-0.73,并准确反映了题目所代表的特质水平,量表的内容效度较高。Order is widely considered to be one of the core lower-order traits of conscientiousness. Accord- ing to the research literatures, order can be defined as the orientation of effective organized time and en- vironments. At present, most of the order scales are not specialized. This paper aimed at constructing or- der scale with generalized graded unfolding model （GGUM） on the basis of ideal point assumptions. As the result, the reliability of formal scale to all trait levels is higher than 0.8. All of the discrimination parameters（Alpha） are high. And the mean of the Delta parameters is -0.73. Most items represent trait for medium level. Delta parameters have direct correspondence to item content.
