摘　　要：文章结合吉林大学珠海学院的实际情况和培养目标出发,有的放矢的对药物设计与筛选课程进行教学改革,使教学内容与新药创新研究相结合,对课程的教学模式进行初步探讨,通过积极调动学生学习的自觉性和主动性,使学生们从药物设计与筛选的学习中获得最大收益,不仅增强了学生动手操作能力,而且培养了学生的创新能力。The paper associated with the practical situation and the culture aim of ZhuHai College of JiLin University to reform the course of drug design and screening with a definite object in view. Make the teaching content associated with the research of new drug originality innovation. Through the active mobilization of consciousness and initiative of the students to discuss the teaching model preliminary, make the students gain maximum benefit from the drug design and screening. Not only to enhance the students the ability of operating skills, but also to cultivate students the ability of innovation.
