摘 要:官产学研合作是提升知识产权专业实践教学水平的有效路径,因此在实践教学中引入官产学研合作模式应当成为知识产权专业实践教学的战略选择。官产学研合作实施实践教学应遵循诚实信用、互惠互利、合作共赢的原则,政府机构、企业、高等院校和科研机构各司其职,找准定位,才能保障实践教学合作创新体系整体效率的提高。基于官产学研合作的知识产权专业实践教学已初见成效但还存在若干问题,亟需采取有效措施加以弥补。Government-business-university-research cooperation is a valid path to raise the standards of practice teaching of intellectual property professional,therefore,introducing the mode of government-business-university-research cooperation should be the strategic choice of practical teaching of intellectual property professional.Implementing practical teaching based on government-business-university-research cooperation should comply with honesty and credit,mutual benefit,cooperation and win-win principle.Government agencies,enterprises,institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions should attend to each one’s own duties.Accurate positioning can guarantee practical teaching and improve overall efficiency of cooperative innovation.The practice teaching of intellectual property rights based on government-business-university-research cooperation has made some progress but there are a number of constraints,need to take effective measures to remedy those deficiencies.
