三种根管封闭剂根管封闭性能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较三种根管封闭剂的根管封闭能力。方法:选择103颗单根离体牙,根管预备后随机分为3组,分别用AH-plus根管封闭剂+牙胶(A组)、Cortisomol根管封闭剂+牙胶(B组)、EndoREZ双固化UDMA树脂根管封闭剂+牙胶(C组)侧方加压法充填根管,扫描电镜观察封闭剂与根管结合情况,并进行染色法微渗漏实验,观察3、7、30 d染色线长度。结果:扫描电镜下观察,树脂类封闭剂与根管壁结合紧密,染色法发现Cortisomol组染色3、7、30 d较其它两组微渗漏值高,3、7 d无显著性差异(P>0.05),30 d时有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:树脂类根管封闭剂根管封闭性能较好。Objective： To evaluate the sealability of three root sealers in vitro. Method： 103 extracted single rooted human teeth were prepared and were randomly divided into three groups.The root canals were filled with AH-plus＋guttapercha （A group）, Cortisomol＋gutta-percha （B group） and EndoREZ dual cure UDMA resin root canal sealer＋gutta-percha （C group ） respectively.The microstructure of the three groups were observed by SEM.The apical sealing capability was es- timated by dye penetration method at 3,7, 30 d after condensation. Result： Microleakge of Cortisomol group was highest and the difference between Cortisomol group and the other two groups at 30d was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） .Conclusion： The sealability of resin sealer was better than others.
