住院医师能力自我评价及培训需求的调查分析

摘　　要：本研究采用问卷调查方法,通过对84名住院医师11项核心能力进行自我评价,同时进行了培训项目需求重要性调查。调查显示,住院医师自身评价前3位依次是职业道德、团队合作、沟通能力;培训需求前3位依次是:临床技能能力、临床理论知识、法律常识与意识。表明住院医师在培训中最希望临床技能获得提高,同时也想获得更多的法律知识以期提高法律意识。84 cases of resident doctors were surveyed on their self-evaluation of their ability with questionnaire of 11 items of core competences. The results showed that the top three items of self evaluation were professional ethics, teamwork and commu- nication skills. And the top three items of training demands were clinical skills, clinical knowledge and legal knowledge. The study indicated that the most urgent demand on training for resident doctors was to improve clinical skills and legal knowledge to en- hance their legal awareness.
