男女大学生综合素质进步效度的动态测评

摘  要:目的:有效发挥综合素质测评的作用,测算不同性别大学生总体进步效度的动态变化。方法:应用数据包络分析方法的C2R模型进行相对评价,通过实际产出(综合素质发展)和理想值的比值作为进步效度,比较男女大学生综合素质进步效度的差异。结果:2011年9月男女大学生综合素质的进步效度均在0.82左右,没有统计学差异(F=2.293,P=0.130),男生的科学文化素质、身体素质和基本能力素质的进步效度高于女生(F=6.742,16.936,6.607,P<0.05)。2012年3月男女生综合素质的进步效度均>0.92,女生的综合素质及所有6个分项素质的进步效度均高于男生(F=20.407,17.861,19.586,17.937,18.511,10.324,24.571,P<0.05)。结论:大学生综合素质的进步效度是一个不断提高的动态过程,起初男生的科学文化素质、身体素质和基本能力素质的提高得更快,主观努力程度较高;而后期女生主观努力程度不断提高,综合素质得以全面快速增强,已经赶超男生。Objective To make full use of compositive diathesis evaluation,the dynamic progress effectiveness of undergradu- ates with different genders was calculated. Methods Based on Data Envelopment Analysis, we defined the ratio of actual output di- vided by ideal value as "progress effectiveness" to truly reflect the diatheses developments of undergraduates. Results The pro- gress effectiveness in both male undergraduates and females was about 0.82 in 2011 ,September and there was no statistical sig- nificance between them (F = 2. 293, P = 0. 130). In the sub-diatheses, the progress effectiveness of the males were higher than those of the females in scientific and culture diathesis, eorporeity diathesis and basic ability diathesis (F = 6. 742,16. 936,6. 607, P 〈 0.05 ). The progress effectiveness in both male undergraduates and females was higher than 0.92 in 2012, May and those of females were all higher than those of the males in compositive diathesis and the sub-diatheses ( F = 20. 407,17. 861,19. 586, 17. 937,18.511,10.324,24.571, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Progress Effectiveness of Compositive Diathesis of Undergraduates was a continuous dynamic course. At first scientific and culture diathesis, corporeity diathesis and basic ability diathesis of the males promote more, and later all the diatheses of the females boost more.
