企业档案管理成本比较性经济分析——以成都市为例

摘　　要：企业档案管理是企业管理最基础性工作。目前,企业档案管理主要存在自主管理和业务外包两种管理模式,企业采用哪种管理模式能实现档案管理效益最大化?本文对两种管理模式下档案管理成本进行比较性经济分析得出,将企业档案外包给档案专业化服务组织,不仅能够节约经济成本,而且更有利于档案的规范化管理。最后为企业档案管理工作提出建议。Enterprise archives management is the most babic work of business management. At present, enterprise archives management mainly involving two management modes： self-management mode and outsourcing management mode, while that which kind of management mode could realize the maximize benefits of archives management is still a question？ Therefore, By the comparative economic analysis to archives management cost under the two management modes, this article finds that farm out enterprise archives to archives professional services organizations could not only save the economic costs, but also more conducive to standardized archives management. Finally, it also provides suggestions to the work of enterprise archives management.
