自体吞噬相关基因Beclin 1在复发性腮腺多形性腺瘤中的表达意义

摘　　要：目的研究自体吞噬相关基因Beclin 1在腮腺肿瘤中的表达和意义。方法用Western blot法检测20例正常腮腺组织,37例腮腺多形性腺瘤,19例复发性多形性腺瘤中Beclin1的表达。结果 Beclin1在正常腮腺组织大量表达,在腮腺多形性腺瘤中表达下降(P<0.05),在复发性多形性腺瘤中表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 Beclin 1在腮腺多形性腺瘤、复发性多形性腺瘤中表达下调,其改变可能在腮腺肿瘤形成及复发的过程中具有一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Beclin 1 in recurrent pleomorphic adenoma of parotid. Methods The expression of Beclin 1 was assessed by Western blot analysis in 20 cases of normal parotid gland,37 cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma（PA） and 19 cases of recurrent pleomorphic adenoma（RPA）. Results A high level expression of Beclin 1 in normal parotid gland was detected, but in pleomorphic adenom group,the Beclin 1 was decreased（P〈0.05）. The expression of Beclin 1 was significantly lower in the RPA group than those in the Control and PA group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of Beclin 1 is down- regulated in PA and RPA. The changes of autophagic capacity may be relate to the development of parotid gland tumor.
