摘 要:目的:探讨短信在医疗保险住院患者全程服务中的应用效果;方法:选择长江大学附属第一医院2012年7-12月医疗保险住院患者9380例作为研究对象,按照时间顺序分为观察组和对照组。对照组(实施前)采取常规管理,观察组(实施后)采取全程短信提示服务,包括入院短信、审批短信、政策短信、费用短信、出院短信等。结果:实施全程短信提示管理后观察组患者满意度较对照组显著提高,P<0.01。结论:在医疗保险住院患者服务中实施全程短信提示具有必要性,体现了现代化信息技术与现代医院优质服务的结合,短信服务具有及时、清楚的优点,同时也具有温馨提示、人文关怀的优势,提高了患者满意度。Objective: To discuss the application of short message system (SMS) for the full medical insurance service in hospitalized patients. Method: According to the admission time, 9380 hospitalized medicare patients were divided into observation group and control group from July to December in 2012 in our hospital. We adopted the conventional management in the control group (before the measure), the message service including admission, examination and approval, policy, fee and discharge SMS were conducted in the observation group (after the measure) throughout the hospitalization process.Results: The patients satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P 〈 0.01) after the implementation of message management. ConclusionE3It's necessary to provide the whole message service for the medical insurance patients, which embodies the combination of modem information technology and high quality service in modem hospital. Short message service (SMS) has the advantages of timely, clear, also reminder and humanistic care, this improved patient satisfaction.
