摘　　要：分析福建省自主创新能力的现状、产业技术创新面对的困境以及产业技术创新战略联盟对自主创新能力提升的推动作用,提出应加强对产业技术创新战略联盟的政策支持与引导;充分发挥区域主导产业和新兴产业在产业技术创新战略联盟中的作用;以产业技术创新战略联盟为纽带形成福建区域间自主创新能力提升的互动机制。Having made an analysis of present situation of the self-dependent innovation capability of Fujian Province, the difficulties for the industry technology innovation, and the effect of industry technology innovation strategic alliance on advancing self-dependent innovation capability, the paper points out several advices as follows： to strengthen the policy support and guidance for strategic alliance, to make fully use of the leading industries and emergent industries, and to form an regional interaction mechanism for Fujian with the aid of industry technology innovation strategic alliance.
