摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展,国内高校纷纷开展了新校区建设,基建工程量和投资规模较大,伴随着新校区建设的不断开展,在日常基建财务管理过程中,逐步出现了一些新情况和新问题,本文从高校新校区建设的特点入手,针对其基建财务监管过程中存在的一些漏洞和问题逐一进行了分析,并结合实际,提出了相应的研究对策。With the continuous development of higher education in China, domestic colleges and universities have launched the construction of new campus, the amount of infrastructural projects and the scale of investment is larger, along with the ongoing construction of the new campus, in the process of day-to-day infrastructure financial management, it have some new situations and new problems gradually, in this article, from the characteristics of the new campus construction, some of the loopholes and problems in the process of its infrastructure financial regulation were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed, combined with the actual condition.
