摘　　要："工学交替"教学模式已成为高职教育的今后发展方向,而学生管理是其中比较重要的问题,如不得到合理的解决,将会影响工学交替的持续进行。本文根据笔者多年的工学交替工作经验分析管理中学生、企业和学校三方面存在的问题,还对管理中的问题提出了相应的对策。＂Alternation of study and work＂ teaching mode in higher vocational education has become the future development direction, and student management is one of the more important issues, if it does not get a reasonable solution, it will influence the alternation of study and work. Based on the working experience of author, the paper analyzes the problems in management of student, enterprise, and school, and gives the countermeasures.
