摘  要:高职教育的内涵,是使学员通过适当教育,获得某一职业或领域从业所需的知识储备与技能储备,保障他们顺利走向岗位。近些年来,高职教育中兴起的工学交替模式,恰好符合了高职教育人才培养的内涵。然而,事物的发展必须经历成长、成熟的阶段,本文即从现阶段高职教育工学交替模式的实际情况出发,分析现阶段工学交替教学管理中存在的问题、并提出相应改进措施,以期有益其全面合理发展。The task of vocational education is to help the students acquire the necessary knowledge and skill for a certain professional or field through the appropriate education, which will prepare them for a decent job. Recently, the mode of work-integrated teaching is quite poplar in vocational education, which complies with its connotation of talents cultivation. Everything will go through certain developing stages: from immature to mature. Therefore, this paper will focus on the current situation of the work-integrated teaching mode, analyzes its problems and then proposes the measures of improvement, expecting its overall and reasonable development.
