摘 要:回顾性分析近4年在进修护士的临床教学采用程序教学模式的同时,运用了导师负责制和个体化教学相结合的方法。21名进修学员结束进修时的理论、操作考核成绩平均为97.3,进修学员对带教老师的满意率为100%,进修学员回到原单位多数成为血透室的骨干。进修护士的带教采用上述教学方法,有效的提高了临床教学质量。With the application of advisor responsibility system combined with individual teaching, we conducted a retrospective analysis of the programmed teaching mode adopted in the clinical teaching of advanced study nurses recent four years. The 21 ad- vanced study learners' average score of theory and operating was 97.3 with 100% satisfication rate for their teachers. Most of these learners have become leaders when they return to their primary blood purification office. With the application of above teaching meth- eds, the teaching quality of advanced study nurses can be effectively improved.
