摘　　要：目的明确送样要求,规范送样行为,提升工作效率。方法对餐饮服务食品送样要求、注意事项及存在的问题、解决的方法进行概述。结果与结论通过规范的送样行为,避免无效抽样,提高样品受理效率。Objective To clarify the requirements of sending samples, standardize the sending procedure and improve inspection efficiency. Methods The requirements of sending samples of catering food were summarized, notes and problems and solutions were overviewed. Results and Conclusion By standardizing the procedure of sending samples, invalid sampling was avoided and the efficiency of sampling inspection was improved.
