摘　　要：本文的主要目的是介绍 Dedekind和及 Dirichlet L-函数有关均值估计方面的一些新进展 ,从而使人们对 Dedekind和与The main purpose of this paper is to introduce some new developments on Dedekind sums and the mean value of Dirichlet L functions,and to make people have more deep understand about the inner relationships between Dedekind sums and the weighted mean value of Dirichlet L functions.
