摘 要:以一种离合器动力耦合、双电机强混合动力构型为研究对象,该构型取消了自动变速器,避开了国内无法自主生产自动变速器这一难题,并且改善了现有匹配方法中对循环工况和高效区欠缺考虑的缺点。根据整车动力性要求、中国典型城市循环工况功率需求及高效区匹配三方面要求提出了合理的匹配方法,结合控制策略,对发动机、电机、电池等动力总成参数进行匹配。应用CRUISE/MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,所匹配的整车参数能够实现整车性能目标,整车的燃油经济性提高了37.6%。A heavily hybrid powertrain configuration using 2 motors and a clutch to couple them was taken as the object of research. This layout cancels the automatic transmission(AMT), avoids the problem that the domestic manufacturers cannot produce the AMT independently. The parameter match was performed with new method to improve the deficiencies of the existed traditional match method,i, e. , insufficient consideration of driving cycle conditions and high efficiency area. The proposed new match idea includes 3 main aspects.the vehicle dynamic performance, the power demand of the typical driving cycle in China cities and overlap of the high efficiency areas. The parameters of main components including engine, generator, mot0r and batttery were match in connection with the control strategy. A hybrid system model was built, and simulations were performed using softwares CRUISE/MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results indicated that the series-parallel bus with the matched paramters can meet the design requirement of performance with fuel economy improvement of 37.6%.
