摘　　要：论述了高职教育机类专业应用型人才培养方案 ,研讨了应用型理论教学体系和技能型实践教学体系的改革 ,分析了以人才能力的需要划分模块 ,构建教学计划 .This paper elaberates the training scheme for the perssond of applied type in the speciality of mechanical engineering in higher professional education,and also investigates the reform of theoretical training program for applied type and practical training program for technical type. The working out of training progrom and division of the group are also analyseg according to the need for the ability of granuates.
