摘　　要：产学合作教育是高等职业教育人才培养的有效途径,推进产学合作,深化工学结合是我国高等职业教育的必然趋势。本文借用SECI模型分析了产学合作获取隐性知识的应然路径,并提出了促进隐性知识转化的措施。University-industry cooperation is an effect way to cultivate talent in vocational college and it is the inevitable trend of higher vocational education in China to promote university-industry cooperation. Based on SECI, the current paper analyzed the proper way to acquire tacit knowledge through university-industry cooperation and proposed measures to promote acquisition of tacit knowledge.
