摘　　要：加强和改进高校辅导员师德建设,是新形势下加强辅导员队伍建设的需要,也是加强大学生思想政治教育的需要。认识辅导员应具备的特殊师德内涵,在此基础上,正确处理好共性与个性、继承与发展、修身与树人三个关系,以促进高校辅导员师德建设整体水平的提高和社会主义核心价值体系的贯彻落实。It is the necessity of improving counselor team and university student ideological - political education in the new situation to strengthen and improve college counselors＇ ethnic construction. On the basis of fully understanding of counselors＇ special required ethnic construction connotations, it＇ s important to correctly handle the three relationships between universality and particularity, inheritance and development, self-education and cultivating others, improving the whole level of college counselors＇ ethnic construction and implementing the socialist core values system.
