摘 要:对新型电力推进装置——电机/螺旋桨一体化推进器进行强度校核方法的探讨。采用分析计算法,计算电机一体化导管桨桨叶在静态负荷下的强度。在保证螺距沿径向分布、厚度沿径向分布的光顺前提下,以等强度方法将桨叶厚度减小,并用Fluent软件数值模拟桨叶厚度减小前后模型的水动力性能,对比发现,其结果误差较小,表明该强度校核方法的可行性。The methods of strength check were researched to the special ducted propeller-integrated motor propeller (IMP). By analysis method, the strength of integrated motor catheter propeller blades was calculated in the static load. Under the circumstance of pitch and thickness distribution were fair along the radial direction, the blades thickness was decreased according to the uniform strength methods. The hydrodynamic performance of the blade was analyzed in Fluent software. The numerical results of the decreased-thickness blade and the original blade were almost the same. showing that the modified method is correct.
