摘 要:对船体外板水火加工时热源利用效率进行分析,发现燃烧热量小部分被钢板吸收,大部分热量在与空气和水的热交换中丧失,并形成高温热辐射和光辐射对环境造成污染。为此,对水火弯板加工过程中热能耗散和余热回收可行性以及余热吸收和利用效率进行分析,认为热耗散能量达到40%,有回收和二次利用的可能性。The utilization efficiency of heat source was investigated to find that only a minority of the energy from combustion is absorbed by steel plates, while the majority dissipates during heat transfer between heat source and air as well as the cooling water. So, the dissipation of heat energy and feasibility of recycling waste energy as well as the utilization efficiency during line heating process were analyzed. As the rate of heat dissipation in the line heating can reach 40% , it's possible to recycle and reuse the waste heat of heat resource.
